All quotations provided through this website are preliminary technical estimates. Final project pricing and specifications are subject to a formal site assessment and a signed service agreement between Lockheed Gramman and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to technical designs, industrial diagrams, logos, and written articles, is the exclusive property of Lockheed Gramman and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
Lockheed Gramman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or reliance on any technical information provided herein.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
